SACRED HERBAL YONI STEAM - With Calendula + Raspberry Leaf

Yoni steaming is an ancient ritual of self-care and self-love. Sacred Steam supports the gentle release of physical and emotional stagnation that can often be stored in the womb, blocking our communication with creative source. By opening and nourishing this receptive channel, we can welcome our creative expression back on line and live from a place of intuitive knowing. The herbs in this blend have been selected to nourish, tone, heal, and bring vital blood flow back to your womb space. Promotes healthy blood flow / microbial balance / the release of energetic and physiological stagnant / the ability to let go.

Suggested Use: Place about a ½ cup of herbs into a medium-sized, heat-resistant bowl or pot. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, pour over the herbs and stir. Carefully arrange yourself over top of the bowl, making sure the steam is not too hot, and allow steam to permeate the area in and around the yoni. Wrap a towel or a blanket around the waist to help contain the steam. Relax, honor the ritual of release that is taking place, and enjoy until water is cool (10 to 15 minutes). Please note Do not engage in yoni steaming if you are, or think you may be pregnant. We do not recommend steaming if you have an IUD or during menstruation.
