Loose-leaf Tea 20 g

Shake contents before opening.

Use 1 heaped teaspoon (1g) per cup (15 ml).

Infuse with hot water (80'C 176'F) for 5-10 minutes.

3 cups daily for 3-6 months.

Do not microwave.
