Rose Geranium is beautifully versatile for making gorgeous cocktails such as; flavouring Gin, Champagne, or sparkling water. Drizzle it over desserts or even to sweeten tea. You can use it as pulp in a summer fruit salad, and drizzle it over crumbled ricotta or best! yet... serve it over French toast, blueberries & bacon…
