Add a small handful to bowl and cover with water just off a boil (so as not to overheat and damage the skin). Breathe deeply and enjoy 5-15 minutes: take this time to release thoughts and clear the mind of non-essential clutter; focus on thoughts of gratitude and wishes of well-being for yourself and others; set intentions if you have a desire in your heart.
